The Smeraldina teapot features one theme depicted in two vastly different styles. The dual design combines two scenes illustrated in a Western and an Eastern fashion, both completed in contrasting colors. One side features a busy harbor captured as a storm approaches a quaint coastal town, while on the other side Shenlong, the master of storms in Chinese mythology, creates large ocean waves that seem to flow into the other part of the world. A beautiful addition to the Hybrid collection designed by CtrlZak for Seletti, this teapot celebrates Eastern and Western art in a creative and whimsical way. The porcelain teapot features hand refined details, golden accents and a shorter spout. Made from dishwasher-safe bone china.
