How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery is 1-4 business days excludes Friday which is not a working day and public holidays such as EID and Saudi national day. During public holidays, delivery may take extra time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges ?

Yes we do! You may return most new items within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

What are the shipping options?

We're offering standard Shipping with flat rates.

What is the Shipping rate?

We're offering standard flat rates of 50 SAR within Saudi Arabia.

However, kindly note that our shipping rates can change due to special promotions, different shipping options etc.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and shipping options you choose.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

What payment methods do you accept?

PIECES provide the possibility to purchase products and/or services online and to settle the payment online or in-store based on shipping, delivery methods available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.

We accept the following modes of payment:
For in-store payment transactions: bank credit cards / Mada cards, debit cards, span or cash. For online payment transactions, customers will receive on order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card or Mada card supplier for any reason. To check for the suppliers, you can contact your bank to get the information.

We do not store your credit card / Mada card details on the website. All payment details which are entered through the website payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them.
